Uova al Pomodoro is the simplest form of Italian comfort food — eggs simmered in an aromatic tomato sauce, finished with fresh basil.
Frittata Italiana brings together zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes and Parmigiano Reggiano in one light, fluffy dish that feels as much like a memory of a Tuscan trattoria as it does a plate of food.
Mini Focaccia with egg, prosciutto cotto and mozzarella is breakfast in a single bite — crispy, savoury, full of character.
Crostini with egg, avocado and Genovese pesto is a modern take on a classic.
And Caprese, with mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and quail egg, closes things off on a light, refreshing note.
